The Mozarthaus Vienna welcomes its 200,000th visitor

Barely 11 months after opening on January 27, 2006 the Mozarthaus in Vienna yesterday welcomed its 200,000th visitor. Ms. Luong Boi-Van from China was received by Wien-Holding boss Peter Hanke, Mozart Year director Peter Marboe and Mozarthaus manager Gerhard Vitek. Prior to its refurbishment the Mozarthaus (formerly the Figarohaus) was visited by a maximum of 65,000 people per year.

checkpointmedia was responsible for designing the exhibition's multimedia installations, including its highlight “the virtual Magic Flute”.
