Case stduy: House of Music - AV-Hardware
Installation of audiovisual equipment in a conference room
in Vienna’s House of Music.
In the attic of the building at Seilerstätte 30 ("House of Music") a multi-purpose auditorium was installed. The room’s marvellous acoustics make it ideal for performances, recitals, lectures, functions, seminars, workshops and press conferences.
Tasks:

Made-to-measure sound system with microphones.

Projection facilities and flexible lighting (controlled from a mobile media trolley).

Compatibility with all AV media (CD, cassette, DAT, VCR, laptop etc.).

The entire system should be highly versatile.
Solution:

A mobile media trolley, combining all the sources and mixing desks (sound and lighting) in one compact unit.

Mounting bars over the stage (freely adjustable mountings for spotlights, screen and loudspeakers).

Wiring points in floor boxes.

Ceilings/walls can be used for loudspeakers.

Cable and radio microphones.

Back projection solution (lecturers and audience are not in the projector’s beam. The surrounding lighting is less troublesome.)
