for Dubai Festival City.

  
Dubai Festival City is a real-estate project run by the Al-Futtaim Group, a leading conglomerate in the Golf region with interests in a large number of sectors. With the construction of exclusive hotels, office complexes, housing developments, numerous leisure facilities, a harbour for yachts and two schools the Al-Futtaim Group is creating its own town right on the coast of Dubai. The town is due for completion in 2010. A similar project is being planned in Cairo.
 
checkpointmedia has created a presentation platform for this gigantic real estate project for use at trade fairs. The individual sectors can be selected from a map of Dubai Festival City according to category. Additional information is offered on every sector and every property on a number of different levels. In addition, the progress of the construction work can be traced on a timeline, from the ground-breaking ceremony in 2003 to the planned project completion in 2010.
 
The new presentation platform made its debut at Cityscape Dubai 2007, the world's largest real estate trade fair, where it proved a great success and was heavily used.
