The information centre "energie.raum" in Gaschurn/Partenen on the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße communicates the agenda and history of the Vorarlberg producers of electricity Illwerke AG, not only as information but also on an emotional level. This "energie.raum" is a combination of exhibition and museum and presents the key issues: the company of Illwerke, the natural and cultural region of Montafon, as well as the use of hydroelectricity, energy generation and power station construction. checkpointmedia created the "kraft.raum" ("power.space"): video installations on all exhibition topics faciltiate emotional engagement with the various themes. Film sequences, vibrating sounds and lighting effects make power a sensuous and living experience. For visitors, the "kraft.raum" is the dynamic prelude to the tour around the information centre.
