In Salzburg Museum visitors can admire the cyclorama of Salzburg painted by Johann Michael Sattler. On the 360° panorama, painted from 1826 to 1829, Sattler portrays the city of Salzburg and the surrounding countryside. Apart from the "Time/Reading Glass" installation with which the Salzburg of 1829 can be compared to the city as it is today, checkpointmedia has created a telescope for viewing the restored painting.
